Instructions

Slice the onions very fine.

Let them soften in plenty of hot oil, adjust salt and pepper.

Boil in salted water to boil rice, drain it al dente, season it with a little butter.

Arrange a layer of rice in a buttered mould, cover with one of onions, rice again, until exhaustion ingredients.

Passed in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.

Put on a serving platter and serve.
