Rice Pudding (Sformato di Riso)
Instructions
Cook the rice in milk, leave it to drain and mix with the butter, the cheese and the beaten eggs.
Pour into a buttered Cake mould.
Bake the pie in a Bain-Marie for about 20 minutes and serve with a sauce made with tomatoes and chicken ingredients.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of rice
- 100 cl of milk
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- 300 g of chicken ingredients
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- Olive oil
