Meat pudding
Instructions
Mince meat, combine butter, a handful of parmesan and breadcrumbs soaked in milk.
Pass through a sieve and add the white sauce and eggs.
Add salt and put into a buttered and lined with greaseproof paper.
Cook on the stove in a water bath for 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of veal breast
- 2 chicken breasts
- 50 g of ham
- 30 g of butter
- 1 cup of bechamel
- 2 eggs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 bun (crumb)
- Milk
- Salt
