Meat pudding with mortadella
Instructions
Mix in a bowl chopped mortadella, mince, breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese.
Add salt, pepper and work the dough with your hands to mix well all ingredients.
Grease a rectangular mould with oil, put the dough, levelling it on the surface and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.
Put the mold into a saucepan containing two fingers in boiling water and cook in a moderate oven for about an hour.
Turn out and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of pulp minced beef
- 200 g of mortadella
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Little of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
