Broccoli flan
Instructions
Wash broccoli, florets and heat to divide them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Then toss them to the mixer.
Beat the eggs with the cheese, season with salt and nutmeg, add broccoli puree and pour everything into a mold with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
