Ricotta timbale
Instructions
Mix the sieved ricotta cheese with Parmesan, chopped parsley, 3 egg yolks, salt, pepper and egg whites.
Pour the mixture into 4 buttered ramekins of creme caramel and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 150 g of ricotta
- 75 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Butter
- 3 eggs
