Scorpion fish with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the Scorpion fish, wash, dry, sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish, cover bottom with the mushrooms, cut into thin slices and lay the fish on top.
Spread some butter flakes, three lemon slices and lapped with a glass of white wine.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for about 20-30 minutes.
During cooking, sprinkle the fish often with his sauce.
