Pink pepper marinated scampi
Instructions
Clean the prawns with just the code.
Peel, cut them in half lengthwise and allineatele on a plate.
Drizzle with lemon juice and wine and let it sit for 1 hour.
Before serving, wash and dry the salad then dress with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and allargatela on a plate.
Settle over the shrimp well drained, sprinkle with a few grains of pepper, a few Orange peeled spicchietto to live and a little olive oil.

- 8 fresh scampi
- 1 orange
- 1 heart of belgian endive salad (endive)
- 1 teaspoon of pink pepper
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
