Instructions

Shelled shrimp, wash, drain them, place in a large mixing bowl.

Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs indicated and wet your hair with lemon juice.

Seasoned with four tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Let marinate for about three quarters of an hour.

Roll out on a grid, a sheet of aluminum foil, oil, lay spennellatela scampi drained from the marinade and place under the grill of the furnace cuocendoli for about 12 minutes.

Serve hot.
