Grilled sea bream
Instructions
Clean the gilthead, let them marinate several hours in olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Drain, cover with fine breadcrumbs.
Cook on the grill heated the oven to moderate flame for 15 minutes or so.
During cooking turn twice or thrice the sea bream spennellandole with the liquid from the marinade.
Serve immediately very hot.
Accompanying wines: Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli Aquileia, Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC, Greco Di Tufo DOC.
