Instructions
Soak mushrooms in warm water, squeeze dry and chop finely.
Let them fry with chopped ham.
Combine the meat slices, add salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cook for 10 minutes, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with croutons.
