Scaloppine alla napoletana
Instructions
Beat flour and meat.
In a saucepan heat the oil and butter and saute the slices.
Add the capers, a few tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and simmer.
After 5 minutes, pour the vinegar, keep the fire still 2 minutes, then add the chopped parsley, mix gently and serve.

- 600 g of veal slices
- 80 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of capers
- 1 dram of wine vinegar
- Flour
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
