Scaloppine al latte
Instructions
Flour the slices of meat, mince the parsley, melt the butter in a frying pan and oil.
Lay the slices in the Pan, season with salt and pepper, and brown them on both sides and add the milk, parmesan and parsley.
To absorb the milk and serve hot.

- 400 g of veal slices
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 30 cl of milk
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 50 g of flour
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
