Scallops with basil
Instructions
Melt the butter in a frying pan, place the meat, pour the wine, let it evaporate, add salt, pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the slices with plenty of chopped fresh basil, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
