Scallops with bacon
Instructions
Put in a pan a knob of butter and 3 tablespoons oil and when hot add the slices of meat and flour.
Cook over high heat for 3 minutes on each side, season with salt and remove the meat from the fire.
Combine cooking 1/2 glass of wine, let it evaporate and put the meat on the fire.
Cover each slice with Bacon and Parmesan cheese.
Cook covered until the cheese is melted.

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Flour
- 1/2 cup of white wine
