Instructions
Shell the beans and put them in a saucepan with 1/2 cup of oil, cut into strips, biete the sliced onion, carrot and chopped celery.
Mix everything, add salt, pepper and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and continue cooking, stirring often, until the beans are tender and the cooking well.

- 1000 g of fresh fava beans
- 400 g of biete da cut
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
