Sardines in saor (2)
Instructions
Clean and bone sardines; leave them for 30 minutes in a colander.
Flour them and fry them in hot oil for 2 minutes, then arrange them on kitchen paper and season with salt.
In a saucepan over low heat to dry in 2 fingers of water, thinly slice onions; almost finished cooking combine the vinegar and raisins in warm water, stir and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Arrange in layers the sardines in a bowl, alternating layers of onions; end with the pine nuts.
Consume after 48 hours.

- 1000 g of sarde
- 1000 g of white onions
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 50 g of sultanas
- 30 cl of white wine vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
