Sausages with vegetables
Instructions
Cook the cauliflower for 10 minutes in boiling salted water; boil the potatoes for 40 minutes and cut into slices.
Saute chopped onion in a pan with the butter, then add the vegetables, a little nutmeg, and salt.
Cook the sausages, skinned and chopped up for 10 minutes, put them together with vegetables, allow season and serve hot.

- 400 g of pork sausages
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Butter
