Clean the carrots, cut into sticks and cook with a knob of butter for 10 minutes.
Cut the sausage into small pieces and saute it with some water by turning them often.
Join adding carrots, butter, if necessary.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Accompanying wines: Buttafuoco Oltrepò Cesanese Del Piglio, DOC "sparkling wine" DOC, Rosso Di Cerignola DOC.
