Instructions

In a saucepan put the leeks, cut into thin slices and cover with the broth.

Simmer to doneness.

Drain them and let them cool.

In a pan sauté the little sausages used to prick them.

Place the leeks in a buttered baking dish, lay over the sausages.

Sprinkle with a little cream and au gratin in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Accompanying wines: Valpolicella DOC, Rosso Di Montalcino DOC, Arborea Rosso DOC.
