Instructions
Chop all ingredients in meat grinder or chopper not very finely, add flavour and extend with vegetable oil.
Eggs can be crushed with all the other ingredients, while the bread must be incorporated to ultimofacendo care not to exaggerate too.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 small onion
- 100 g of giardiniera
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
