Mediterranean sauce
Instructions
In a bowl diluted mustard with milk.
Then begin to pour flush the oil as mayonnaise and when the mixture reaches the right density adjust salt and pepper.
Stirring gently, add a little lemon juice filtered to the strainer.
Carefully add three teaspoons of tomato paste lumping together so that the mixture takes on a slightly pinkish color uniform.
Taste the sauce and adjust salt and pepper.
Serve in gravy boat.

- 1 tablespoon of french mustard
- 3 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Lemon juice
