Mediterranean salad
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of mixed salad (Endive, trevisana, Arugula), 24 cherry tomatoes, 200 g tuna in oil, 24 pitted green olives, 100 g of diced ham, 40 g of corn, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons olive oil, one tablespoon of vinegar, salt, pepper.
Clean and wash the salad and spezzettatene leaves.
In a bowl combine the vinegar salt and pepper, emulsify with a fork, then add the olive oil.
In 4 individual plates form a bed of salad, sprinkle the tuna and, all around, the other ingredients.
Dress with the vinaigrette and garnish with parsley.
