Bean sauce
Instructions
Using a fork pounded onions, shallots, parsley and pepper to chop them.
Heat oil in a pan, pour the beaten of aromas and beans.
Stir until completely cover the beans with the oil.
Add water, ham and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until the beans become tender.
Switch the mixer.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the bean sauce alone or with white rice.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 shallots
- 2 bunches of parsley
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups of soaked beans
- Water
- 200 g of diced bacon (or ham into cubes)
- Salt
- Pepper
