Cooked sauce for boiled
Instructions
Wash and chop all the vegetables finely and put them on the fire with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Simmer for 30 minutes or more and, when ready, remove from heat, add salt and add the rest of the oil.
Serve this excellent cold sauce with boiled.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 green tomato
- 3 green peppers
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 carrots
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 leaves basil
- 2 zucchini
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Salt
