Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins.

Let cool, then slice them.

Melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion and diced bacon.

Combine the potatoes, add salt, pepper and bake in covered pan, stirring every so often.

Press on bottom of pan the potatoes with a spatula for about 10 minutes until golden and crisp, will then turn the rosti and pour it on the serving dish.
