Kidney with olives
Instructions
Brown the sliced onion in butter, add the kidney slices and let stand for 5 minutes.
Splash of white wine, then add the nut crumbled and, when cooked, paprika and olives.

- 500 g of veal kidney
- 70 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 nut
- 20 pitted olives
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
