Kidney white wine
Instructions
Let soak for 30 minutes in water and vinegar kidneys, then dry them and cut them into slices.
Brown the butter in a pan and when it is well lay the foamy kidney, salted and peppered.
Sprinkle with the white wine, turn up the heat and when the wine evaporated sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve at the table piping hot.

- 2 veal kidneys
- 60 g of butter
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
