Instructions

Clean all the vegetables and chopped carrots, potatoes, celery, onion and cabbage.

Meanwhile, sauté the bacon with sausage and butter Bared; combine all vegetables and seasoning.

Cover with water and simmer for 1 hour, then add the rice, salt, pepper and cooked dishes.

Serve with grated Parmesan.
