Instructions

Brown garlic in oil, add the cleaned baby squid, make them taste, sprinkle them with the wine and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the thawed shrimp and clams, let them flavor, combine the preserves thinned with a ladle of broth, add salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the rice and cook joining the broth a little at a time and the chopped parsley.
