Risotto with porcini mushrooms
Instructions
Finely chop the onion and Brown it with a little olive oil, add the chopped garlic and after about 1 minute continue with porcini mushrooms and rice, subtly warming the whole thing very well.
Deglaze with white wine and allow it to evaporate, then add broth a little at a time until desired doneness.
Remove from heat blending with the butter, parmesan and chopped parsley.

- 1 thread of olive oil
