Instructions

Sauté 1/2 finely chopped onion in butter, add the prawns and let them stand for a few minutes.

Add 2 glasses of sparkling wine and consume fresh focus.

Fry the other 1/2 onion in remaining butter and add the rice.

To season and bring almost to cooking by adding the broth a little at a time.

Combine the remaining champagne, adjust salt and finish cooking.

Serve with warm shrimp.
