Instructions

Chop the onion and spinach and dice the other vegetables.

Let them cook in oil and butter for about 30 minutes then add the rice and let it season.

Add gradually the stock until the rice is cooked.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in a bit of butter and serve with Parmesan cheese.
