Instructions

Saute in oil and butter a chopped onion, Basil and parsley, add sliced Zucchini and season.

Add the rice and FRY well.

Bake for about 18 ' adding to the boiling soup ladles.

Towards the end add the zest of lemon.

Remove from heat and serve at room temperature.
