Anchovy radicchio
Instructions
Clean the radicchio eliminating part of the root and leaves.
Bake the radicchio on Grill, turning often.
Mashing the anchovy fillets, combine 2 tablespoons of vinegar and mix, then add a little salt, freshly ground pepper and a little at a time, 1/2 cup of oil.
Place the radicchio on a plate and season with the sauce; Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 700 g of radicchio di treviso
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Peppercorns
- Little of salt
