Mashed beans
Instructions
Put soaked beans in cold water for a few hours and then boil them.
Drain them and toss them to the knitting mill.
Gather up the past in a pot, add salt sparingly, put on the heat, add the butter and let it dry the mixture stirring constantly.
Then dilute with hot broth poured slowly set flush to the texture: it may be that not all the stock is necessary.
Stir away from fire and add two pinches of black pepper.
This mash is a great side dish for roasted pork meat.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of dried beans
- 25 cl of broth
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
- 2 pinches of white pepper
