Mashed and boiled with vegetables
Instructions
Cook 350 g veal brisket in salted water for about 2 hours.
Then add 2 onions, 2 carrots and 4 potatoes Peel and cut into small pieces.
Cook the whole thing for another 30 minutes, remove the meat, slice it, keep it warm.
Blend the cooking fire and replace it with 100 g margarine (or butter) and 4 tablespoons milk, stirring constantly.
Serve hot with mashed meat.
