Instructions
Wash the beets and divide the coasts from the leaves.
Boil them separately.
In a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic with the Diced Bacon and a little oil.
Join the coasts and the leaves of spinach and meat extract dissolved in a little water.
Add salt, pepper and bring to boiling.
