Meatloaf with frankfurters
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the beef, crumbled sausage, egg, the breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, salt and pepper.
Combine breadcrumbs if the dough is too soft.
Spread the meat, add the sausages and roll up the dough to meatloaf.
Flour the meatloaf and roast in butter, spray it with the marsala, wet with the broth and Cook, covered, for about 1 hour.
Serve sliced sprayed with cooking.
