Meatloaf with eggs
Instructions
In a bowl place the chopped meat, peeled and crumbled sausage, bread soaked in milk and wrung out, 1 egg, parsley, garlic, marjoram (preferably fresh), salt and pepper.
Mix well the dough and roll it out flat.
In the Middle put the 2 eggs and rolled up, making sure that the eggs are covered.
Place it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
The meatloaf browned on all sides, basting with wine and then with the broth.
When cooked, let cool and serve sliced with a fresh salad.

- 600 g of veal
- 1 sausage
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of bread stale
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Milk
- Olive oil extra virgin
- White wine
- Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
