Meatloaf
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash.
Dice the sausage.
Mix meat, potatoes, sausage, egg and Gruyere cheese cut into julienne.
Add salt, pepper and put the mixture into a buttered mold.
Cover with buttered aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Let dry chopped onion in butter, add the cream and mustard, and mix.
Pour this sauce over the slices of meatloaf.

- 400 g of frankfurters
- 240 g of minced beef
- 200 g of potato
- 1 egg
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 20 cl of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
