Bean patties
Instructions
Keep soaking the beans for 24 hours.
Drain and blend with a grainy.
Finely chop the spring onions, crushed garlic and combine the mixture of Fava Beans with cumin, coriander, yeast and the chopped parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, stir, cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Form meatballs as big as cherries and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
FRY in very hot oil.
Serve as an appetizer.

- 6 fresh onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
