Bean omelette
Instructions
Drain the beans and processing them.
Chop the bacon and roast in a pan.
Combine the mashed beans, pepper and a pinch of salt and Cook, stirring, until the bacon is completely absorbed.
Add diced gruyere.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and pour the mixture of beans and cheese.
FRY until the cheese is melted then turn the omelette and browned.
Serve immediately very hot.

- 400 g of canned pinto beans
- 100 g of bacon
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 == Pto Pepper
