Meatballs Flavored with orange
Instructions
Form balls ingredients, flour them and cook them in a pan with butter and oil.
Add wine and orange juice.
Bake 15 minutes with chilli.
Serve with the birds made with flour, butter, breadcrumbs, hot water; make dough into small pieces and toss with butter obtained, parsley and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 egg yolk
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- 10 cl of milk

- White wine
- Orange juice
