Mussel croquettes
Instructions
Open the mussels in white wine and shell them.
Chopping, combine the egg, chopped mortadella with 1 clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and 3 cheese, salt, pepper and form meatballs.
Chop a tuft of parsley and browned in olive oil with whole garlic, then add the tomatoes and meatballs into small pieces, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.

- 1500 g of mussels
- 1 egg
- 70 g of mortadella
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 g of perini tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 10 cl of white wine
