Codfish balls
Instructions
Boil the codfish, spellarlo, spinarlo and crush it in a bowl with a fork.
Apart from crushing boiled potatoes, mix in eggs, one clove of minced garlic and parsley chopped, too.
Add the mixture to the cod, salt, pepper and form meatballs.
Dip in breadcrumbs and FRY in plenty of hot oil.

- 400 g of cod soaked
- 500 g of potatoes
- 2 eggs
