The bacon meatballs
Instructions
To find bread in 10 cl of water, stir in meat, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well without working too.
Form 8-10 meatballs.
Remove the rind from the bacon and wrap a slice around each Meatball, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Arrange meatballs on two files in a greased baking.
Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of minced meat
- 10 large slices of bacon
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
