The bacon skewer
Instructions
Cut the rabbit meat to morsels; cut the bacon into small cubes; pitted olives.
In a bowl you collect 4 pieces of rabbit and toss with a drizzle of olive oil; season with a pinch of salt, a pepper, rosemary leaves and small pieces of garlic.
Let the meat marinate for about an hour, then prepare the meat on skewer, alternating with 4 green olives and diced bacon.
Put the salmon on the grill griddle by turning on all sides to cook well, then reduce the heat to allow the meat to cook perfectly but on the Slackline.
