Chicken and peas
Instructions
Tap the chicken breasts, flour and sauté in olive oil.
Put them in another saucepan with a little hot broth, wet with wine and let it evaporate.
Season with salt, add the chopped ham, pepper and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Combine the cream, more hot broth and continue cooking covered saucepan for 5 minutes.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 50 g of ham
- 4 tablespoons of frozen peas
- Sweet wine
- 1/2 cup of cream
