Chicken with herbs
Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces not too big; Peel and chop onion and shallot, let them wilt with the oil, then lay the chicken pieces and let them cook on all sides.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs, crushed tomatoes, add salt, pepper and squirt with the broth.
Bake for about 50 minutes, and covered container.
In the last 10 minutes get to thicken the gravy.
Remove the chicken from the Pan, whisk broth, warm it up slightly, no boil, then pour it over the chicken that you kept in warm and serve immediately.

- 1 chicken from 1200 g
- 4 tablespoons of parsley, basil, marjoram, sage
- Pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 shallot
- 2 ladles of broth
